My family moves around the world assisting the UN's World Food Programme with its work in lessening and trying to end world hunger, so this topic has an extra special place in my heart.
For followers of Sacred Geometry, the seed of life symbol is one of abundance, life, and creation.

"In essence, the Seed of Life symbol, with its seven interconnected circles, symbolizes the interconnection of life on Earth and universal existence."
For my food choices, I started with the most popular and vital crops such as corn (maize), wheat, and rice. Also depicted are sorghum, soybeans, potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, plantains, cassava, beetroot, carrots, apples, pumpkins, tomatoes, almonds, black sesame seeds, lentils, kidney beans, and (because I like them so much)... chili peppers and coffee beans.
The bottom two corners contain fertile soil for the seeds to grow. All the plants are encircled by my little water irrigation ring. In the upper corners are air. I chose to show day and night because sunlight and time are other important ingredients for a successful harvest.
