Living, working, and helping out in developing countries is one of my passions. I'm also extremely lucky that my husband and sons share this interest. Besides the normal work we do with UN organizations and universities, we give to many worthy causes that benefit needy communities throughout the year.
Who You Help to Support A generous portion (5-10%) of proceeds from sales on this site as well as via my brand collaboration with Artovida Collective go to The Aid Myanmar Society (Myanmar), Hands of Hope Feeding Centre
(Malawi), Youth Action For Success and Development (Malawi), Tithandizane Youth Centre (Malawi), Children International (USA) and
others. The list of causes I support rotates throughout the year. You can view a full list of over 90 successful projects I've been involved with since
2004 for needy families at my now archived website, Aura's House.

Made in Malawi I'm currently working with high quality Malawian printers, carpenters, and artisans to have my artworks reproduced
locally as a way to help support local businesses. Learn more and place your order.
Ongoing Donations I also donate
prints to several charities and events throughout the year. I
typically donate prints and have them shipped directly to requester.
Please send donation requests at least 3 months before event.
Thank you for supporting my work.
This is a painting I made with my friends in Myanmar in mind. The three finger salute, has become a symbol of resistance in Myanmar.

Description from Merchant:
All drawings are created on acid-free archival heavyweight paper. I use Tombow dual tip watercolor pens which are set in place with fixative. Paintings are made on triple primed canvas panels and the acrylic paints are then fixed with varnish. For best possible protection against fading over time, original artwork should be kept out of direct light. Drawings should be protected by a sheet of UV filtered glass.
