The throat chakra is the fifth of seven main energy centers in the body located in the throat area. It's most often associated with the color blue. It works hand in hand with the second chakra (sacral) to help one better express their own creativity which is why I depicted both of these chakras as lotus flowers with matching color schemes.

The concept of chakras dates back to ancient India, as early as 1500 BC. The balance of the Throat Chakra allows us to express ourselves more effectively and with greater confidence.
